Forsyth County: Winston-Salem & Kernersville

Winston-Salem’s Art Crush on Friday night offers a perfect excuse for a winter stroll through the downtown arts district. Local artists will dazzle you with creative works that make great gifts—or simply inspire your own holiday creativity.

On Saturday, don’t miss the Cobblestone Farmers Market, where you can sip local coffee, shop fresh produce, and enjoy the cozy market vibes. Families will love Christmas for the City at the Benton Convention Center, where festive cheer is guaranteed.

Meanwhile, Kernersville hosts the annual Arts & Crafts Guild Christmas Store through Monday, giving you plenty of time to find unique, handcrafted treasures. And on Tuesday, Moms’ Morning Meetup at Kyles Coffee offers a warm, social space for parents to connect before the holiday rush.

Guilford County: Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown & Gibsonville

Greensboro is alive with holiday spirit. Saturday’s Farmers Curb Market is the ideal morning outing for fresh finds, while Grinchmas Wonderland on Sunday is a must for kids and kids-at-heart. And Winter Fest on Tuesday at Lindley Recreation Center brings the community together with fun, games, and festive cheer.

In Jamestown, families can snuggle up for a classic holiday favorite, The Polar Express, on Saturday morning. Over in Gibsonville, kids can bake, craft, and create with Cookies and Crafts with Santa.

High Point’s Winter WonderPark continues Friday and Saturday evenings with themed nights, including Sounds of the Season and How the Grinch Stole Winter WonderPark. And don’t miss the Annual HPU Christmas Drive, running through the week, giving back to the community while celebrating together.

Davidson County: Thomasville & Lexington

Thomasville and Lexington are brimming with holiday magic. On Friday, Chair City Christmas fills the downtown with lights and music, and on Tuesday, you can meet the one-and-only Grinch! In Lexington, Saturday night’s Christmas Movie Night at Sapona Country Club is a festive, free way to celebrate with friends and family.

Hello, summer! This weekend across the Piedmont Triad is bursting with community festivals, music, art, movies, markets, and more — and the best part? So much of it is completely FREE.

From early morning birdwatching in Jonesville to food trucks and music in downtown Winston-Salem, the calendar is full of reasons to get outside, explore new places, and make summer memories with your crew.
