One of the things we adore most about living in the Piedmont Triad is how easy it is to explore different communities. Whether you call Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, or one of our charming smaller towns home, you're never more than a short, scenic drive away from your next adventure. This gorgeous cooler weather is the perfect invitation to step outside your usual neighborhood and discover what makes each corner of our region so special.

In fact, there are 30 free events happening this Saturday alone. From family festivals to farmers markets, live music to outdoor movies, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your community without spending a dime.
