Are you a mom looking to connect with like-minded moms in the Triad? There are regular mom meetups throughout the Triad! These meetups are a great opportunity for moms to come together, share experiences, and build lasting connections with other moms in the area. These aim to be a supportive and nurturing environment, where moms can learn from one another and find a sense of community. Kids are welcome at these meetups! More info here Winston-Salem, February 25 - 9a-11a at Washington Park (Walking Women of Winston)  The Town of Lewisville has announced their upcoming events for 2023, most of which will be held at Shallowford Square. Shallowford Square is located at 6555 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville NC 27023. The year kicks off with the first of a series of Movie Nights. On Friday, May 19 at 8pm "Top Gun: Maverick" will be shown. The second movie will be "Paddington 2" at 8:15pm on September 15, and on October 6 at 7:15 the movie season will finish with "Ghostbusters: Answer the Call". Admission is free, and there will be concessions available for purchase. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a movie under the stars. On May 29, the Town of Lewisville is hosting its 8th Annual Military Appreciation Concert. There will be a presentation of colors, Pledge of Allegiance, and National Anthem, followed by a concert starring local band The Embers. Admission is free, and there will hamburgers, hot dogs, and sweet treats available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair! Music Under the Stars, a unique event that brings local and regional music talents to Shallowford Square, starts their season on June 10 with Camel City Yacht Club. There are 7 free concerts throughout the summer. Coolers are permitted, bring a lawn chair! 
The summer fun continues with a Food Truck Festival on June 24. The festival runs 6:30pm-10pm. There will be dozens of food trucks, adult beverages for purchase, and "Band of Oz" on center stage from 7pm-9pm. Admission is free, coolers are permitted, bring a lawn chair!
