​The Forsyth County Public Libraries have an exciting lineup of events for the whole family this week! From storytimes to a local author fair, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Starting with the youngest members of the family, the library is offering Toddler & Preschool Storytimes at locations across the county.  Scroll down for times and locations.  

For those interested in meeting local authors, the library is hosting a Local Author Fair on Saturday, April 29, from 2-4 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet and chat with local writers and learn about their latest works.  There will be books for all ages and interests available for purchase. 

Held at the Lewisville Branch Library, music lovers won't want to miss this Spring Concert, featuring Fun Fatale, on Monday, May 1 at 6 p.m.  Fun Fatale is an acoustic band of vocal harmonies, guitar, fiddle and upright bass. This concert is sure to be a fun and lively event for the whole family.

Comic book fans will be excited to hear that the Central library is celebrating Free Comic Book Day on Saturday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This event includes a free comic and activities for children, teens, and adults. 

Please note that all Forsyth County Public Libraries will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, May 5, for staff training.
