Archdale, N.C. – Have you been looking for a new fitness routine but can’t decide which one is right for you? Look no further. You can try 4 different types of fitness classes for FREE and see which one you like best! “We really want to encourage our community to find a way to get exercise while having fun” says Jocelyn Moon, Programming Coordinator. These classes are for all ages and fitness levels. All equipment will be provided. The classes will be held Thursday's in September beginning on September 8th. All classes will be held from 6:00pm – 6:45pm outdoors in the grassy area between RCC and the Senior Center at Creekside Park (Corner of Park Dr. and Mose Dr.).
